Children's Ministry

Welcome to Lil' Res and ResKids

Start here to find out more about the Children's Ministry at Resonance Church! Lil' Res usually refers to our nursery to preschool ministry and ResKids includes children from Kindergarten to Grade 7. 

We are excited to be back in-person for worship services  at our regular service time of 10:30am. 

Our Sunday School classes:
- Nursery and Preschool 
- Kindergarten to Grade 2
- Grades 3 to 5
- Grades 6 to 7

Bookmark our ResKids Family Blog for weekly family devotions as we continue our study through the Old Testament with the Gospel Project. We will be learning from 1 and 2 Samuel and 1 Kings. 

Health and Safety Protocols

We will have the following health and safety protocols in place:

- All leaders interacting with kids will be fully vaccinated 

- Masks are recommended 

- Hand sanitizer provided at key locations and classrooms

KidCheck

We are now using the KidCheck system to manage our ResKids check-in and attendance. It is important to register your children so that we have up-to-date contact and medical information. 

Please follow these steps to setup your account.

  1. Download the KidCheck app from Apple App Store or Google Play Store.
  2. Verify whether you or your spouse has an account since KidCheck is used by many facilities like day cares or play cafés. Please note that you only need ONE account per family.
  3. If you don't already have one, create a KidCheck account.
  4. Now, please
    1. activate the option to receive text alerts and enter the relevant information;
    2. add / update / confirm your children’s information, including and especially medical conditions or allergies; and
    3. under Guardians, add / update / confirm the name of those who are authorized to pick up.

Once you've set up your account, please remember to check-in on Sunday mornings when you drop-off your kids. There is a check-in counter located at the front of the ResKids hallway or you can check-in using your cell phone app.
